Facilitation Skills workshops at Archersfield Bush Camp Retreats - Level 1 of 3-level Facilitation Institutes
 
This is a 3 day experiential program that will give you a practical foundation in facilitation theory and practice. In this program you will gain the fundamentals of planning, designing and facilitating group processes, including how to establish norms, understand roles, keep processes on track, help improve group dynamics.
 
You will also learn to use a variety of methods for group decision-making, for generating solutions with broad buy-in, and for building consensus and lasting agreements.
