This is a 3 day experiential program which provides intensive learning on how to facilitate conversational methods in organizations and communities for more co-operative and sustainable results. This program provides theory and practice in proven participatory methods used around the world eg World Café, Open Space, Dialogue, Appreciative Inquiry, for breakthrough thinking, decision making and collaborative action. You will explore the entire process of meaningful and effective engagement for wise solutions, from convening and designing, through facilitating and follow-up.
You will have many opportunities to learn how to apply these methods through direct experience and practice, in a safe and inspiring learning environment.

You will be able to add conversational methods to your essential facilitation competencies for effective group process and help groups take responsibility to achieve sustainable results through collaborative and self –organising ways. In this program you will understand and practice the roles of host, convener, designer, facilitator and participant. You will learn the key elements of design architecture: purpose, principles, participants, desired products, and process. You will be able to craft powerful questions worthy of convening conversations , and gain experience leading from the group’s emerging energy and wisdom. Finally you will gain insights into how to apply the U-Theory to design a group journey, and have ample opportunities to explore and experiment applying various processes to your own issues and projects.

Those who should attend include internal and external consultants, change agents, trainers, team/project leaders, managers and executives.Prior facilitation and training required and/or completion of the level 1 facilitation program.
